What is GMO?
I've been posting all about purchasing non-GMO products assuming everyone knew what I have been talking about. In case you don't have a clue here is a short article explaining it.
It is surprising how many Americans assume that because the government says it's safe they eat it. Honestly they have crap for a track record and I am sure it is hard but I will decide for myself instead of leaving it up to money hungry commercial food industry. It's really up to each person to decide and educate themselves :D
